MCPity Studio

By accessing or using MCPity Studio ("the Service"), operated by MCPity ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

MCPity Studio is an AI-to-engine code generation platform that provides a live bidirectional MCP (Model Context Protocol) bridge to game engines and 3D tools, including Unity, Unreal Engine, and Blender. The Service includes AI code generation, cloud engine instances, NOVA video/VFX generation, script management, and related tools.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

MCPity Studio operates on a Bring Your Own Key model for paid tiers. You provide your own Claude API key for AI code generation. All AI inference costs are borne by your API key provider. We do not store, proxy, or intercept your API traffic. Your API key is encrypted at rest and used solely for generation requests you initiate.

The Service offers Free, Pro ($29/mo), Studio ($99/mo), and Max ($199/mo) tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. NOVA video and VFX generations are billed per use as one-time charges. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

You retain ownership of all code generated through the Service using your API key. MCPity claims no ownership over AI-generated outputs. Templates provided by MCPity are licensed for use within the Service and in your projects. The Service itself, including its UI, MCP Bridge protocol, and engine plugins, remains the intellectual property of MCPity.

Cloud engine sessions are provided on shared GPU infrastructure. Sessions automatically terminate after idle periods. Session data persistence is best-effort; we recommend saving your work regularly. Cloud engine availability is subject to GPU capacity and may vary.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MCPity is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, generated code errors, or engine plugin malfunctions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except as required by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
